Shopping Centres, Warehouse & Manufacturing Facilities
SKS Surveys have set-out a number of large shopping centres, Warehouses & Manufacturing Facilities requiring establishment of survey control, setting out earthwork foundations, footings, pads, hold down bolts, precast panels, cast insitu concrete structures & overhead crane gantries . Much of the work involved precise set-out particularly for overhead crane gantries and H D Bolts for supporting columns.
Our experience in building projects allows us to assist project managers with the checking and interpretation and modification of design information and compilation of lease, tenancy or Method of Measeurement for Lettable Area plans & data.
